Terms and Conditions of Use for the qqnusa Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and qqnusa ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by qqnusa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

Either you or qqnusa may terminate this agreement and close the account at any time. The termination procedure and its effects are as follows:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting qqnusa customer support. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements must first be completed, or the associated bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Termination by qqnusa: qqnusa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information that is proven to be false or misleading.
• Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
